Every year on a humans 15th birthday every human is sent to the classification center. People are classified as a Dominant or a Submissive. There are many types of Dom such as Daddy/Mommy, Master, owner and Normal Dom. The subs are classified as Littles, Nekos, Slaves and normal Subs.

Stella has been in foster care since her mother died and her father got arrested. She knows she's not a Dom but she was shocked after her classification.
