Cecilia Conklin, older sister of Isabel and twin of Steven, is back in town for the summer. She lives with her dad, John Conklin, but they don't have much of a good relationship. When Cecilia is away, her father drinks and smokes, gets high, all that stuff. But Cecilia doesn't bother to tell anyone.

When in town, she sees the two boys she's been longing to see all year. The Fisher brothers. Conrad and Jeremiah.
