Chapter 1: First Day

Brittany Pierce is the newest assistant at the New York Law Firm for the best lawyer in the state, Mr. Lopez. But when he retires only 2 days after she is hired, she begins working for the newest head lawyer in all of New York, Mr. Lopez's daughter, the dark and mysterious Santana Lopez. Brittany is a quiet yet determined worker who wants to befriend everyone, while Santana, aka the ice queen, is a fiesty Latina who has her walls up. Will Brittany be able to tear down her walls and melt her icy heart, or will she be shut out like the rest of the world?
