Dr. Candice Matthews

Dr. Candice Matthews is the CEO and Executive Director of Children of Diversity, a Houston and Beaumont-based foster adoption agency. Dr. Matthews is responsible for the Agency's day-to-day operations in this capacity. This includes supervising the organization's staff and committees.
