The Muggle couple found Harry Potter was abandoned in the house by the Dursleys who moved out. They are childless couple who are in their early/late 30. They fell in love with Harry and decided to adopt him and raise him together as the parents. It is interesting how the Muggle adoptive parents can handle their adopted magical child when they learn their child is a famous so-called boy who lived in the wizarding world concealed from their Muggle eyes.
