After Sarah completed her psych residency, she was accepted at San Jose St. Bonaventure Hospital.

A few years later, Conner Rhodes comes to St. Bonaventure Hospital and is very surprised to see her again.

I changed a lot of the plot from the good doctor and Chicago med. I added a few new characters.
