when I am asked for my age, I answer; "nineteen." because that is the truth. a nineteen-year-old, however, should not mentally feel like an adult whom has lived their life to its fullest potential yet has the physique of a teenager. a nineteen-year-old, should not feel the need to be responsible for the well-being other than her own. a nineteen-year-old, should not show sympathy for everyone she lays eyes on. yet I do.

I do not recall knowing her. I do not recall showing any sign of help when I saw her. and I certainly do not recall falling for her, figuratively and literally speaking.
