In this, Izuku is the son of Hisashi and Kara Midoriya (formerly Danvers). This means Izuku is half god half Kryptonian as his mother is the very Superwoman and Hisashi is actually Hades. Hisashi and Kara both do not care that Izuku has a seemingly weak (but actually really strong) Fire-Breath Quirk, as he has the heart of a true Hero no matter what. He starts to develop his powers not long after he should have gotten a Quirk (he's a bit of a late bloomer at 10).

Katsumi, the Iida Twins (Tenya and Tanya) and Ochaco Uraraka bully him after finding out about Izuku having a "weak" Quirk (and therefore is considered Quirkless until he's 10 years old), but Katsuki and the Todoroki Twins (Shoka and Shoto) stay by his side as his only three true friends. And because of this, all three are told the truth about both Kara and Izuku and they swear not to tell anyone else about it all. (They keep the promise.)

Izuku, despite only being HALF Kryptonian, has all the powers of a full Kryptonian. They are just as, if not more, powerful than his mum's own powers.
