Charlie Hale, older sister of Steve Hale, wasn't around much when her younger brother was growing up. By the time he was in high school, she was already a sophomore in college. Their age didn't stop them being close, though. That means that she was also close with the Tanners. Despite having more than a decade age difference, Charlie still loved Stephanie Tanner like a little sister. What she didn't expect was that, after relocating to San Francisco to open her practice as a pediatrician, she would fall in love with the very same Tanner.
