Intro

Pelican (Robin Williams) is the mascot and sailor for the star tugs marine center as pelican is always in a "finich" because he eats his spinach, he's a confident, pugnacious, a bit wisecracking, and rough and tough but despite all of being rough and tough. He has the heart of gold and sometimes cheerful!
