Sakura Haruno was orphaned at an early age. Her grandparents, Tsunade and Jiraya, took into their own hands the responsibility of taking care of the pinkette. One day, as she was walking in the park with an ice cream in hand, she met a wounded man and being the kind girl that she is, she helped him and in return for her kindness, he gave her a doll.
