The Strange Boy at the Museum

Phoebe Hart is a seventeen year old girl living in Central City many years after the Flash sped around the city saving people. After sightings of a new speedster, Phoebe decides to investigate. Along the way, she discovers her own powers. Does she have what it takes to become the Hero of Central City?

This story takes place many years after The Flash. There may be spoilers of certain events mentioned in seasons 1-7.
