After the events that revolved around Vecna and his defeat, the newly formed friendship between Nancy and Robin had come to a screeching halt due to a heated moment neither of them saw coming. Months later after graduation and the last time they saw each other, fate clearly had other plans when the two girls happened to be in the same biology lab at the college they attended, and partners nonetheless.
