Bored by his success, maverick mystery writer Christopher Uckermann teams up with NYPD Detective Dulce Maria Saviñón to solve the case of a killer who recreates murder scenes depicted in his books. While solving the case, the two realize that the unusual partnership has its benefits and decide to continue working together. Combining writer's intuition with creative detective work, the duo investigate strange homicides in New York. Meanwhile, the two develop a strong but complicated relationship.
