Anastasia James moved to the city her freshman year of college. A small-town girl from New Orleans, New York comes as a complete shock to her. There, as she tries to adjust, she comes across the infamous Alec Stone and ends up as his personal secretary.

What Asia wasn't prepared for was butting heads with that insufferable man. Now, not only does she have to juggle the city life, but she also has to keep up with the annoying boss of hers.
All while trying to ignore the increasing attraction between the two.
