Every since you were young, you had a dream to move to Hawkins and follow your father's footsteps to joining Hawkins Laboratory and Dr Brenner. A new job for a new beginning, you got to look after, help and watch kids grow as well as have a room there with no expenses (thanks to the support of Dr Brenner).
