Evangeline Potter is Harry Potter's younger twin sister.
Eva & Harry get into an argument and she befriends Draco Malfoy: Harry's enemy. Harry doesn't like how well she fits in with Slytherin, but one thing he dislikes more, is her's & Draco's friendship. If you could even call it a friendship...whatever it is, it's rocky.
