Sara Olivo was tired of being compared to her older brother, Jake. All she heard was "why can't you be like your brother and go live your life." or "you should be useful for once like you brother is and do something for once." However, one day while in a subway under New York City Sara and her friends are infected with some king of ooze that is slowly changing their DNA until they become something more prehistoric.

Will Sara and her friends overcome the beasts developing inside them? Or will they lose control and only rely on their primal instincts?
