The super evil cogs took over toontown becas the toons suck XD! but the cogs were nice enough to keep some of the playgrounds and streets cog free, but that wont last for long. The cogs try to get the toons to submit. even though there is a resistance, it is pretty much hopeless to defend the old toontown you lived in years ago. the only easy way to live in toontown is if you join the cogs side, or else you will be a criminal I think. sure you can just leave toontown, but you don't know what else is out there. there is mostly a lot of cold hearted cogs everywhere, but there are still nice cogs too. you'd be lucky if you find a sympathetic or empathetic cog around. there will be stories for different toons trying to adjust to the new change in their town, including maybe a few cog stories too.
