juno york had just lost his parents in a car accident, so now he's moving to hawkins, indiana to live with his godfather, jim hopper, sheriff of the town. it's fall 1984, and all juno wanted was to not be in hawkins, but here he was. living with his godfather and some strange girl he's never met, in an abandoned cabin hidden away from the rest of the town. as if things weren't creepy enough around hawkins.
