I'll never stop loving you, I'll never forget you, and I'll never leave you alone. ~ People always pity my parents. They give them pity-filled looks when they see me and my brother. I don't blame them. It's not everyday you get two kids with cancer. It's not everyday you see a kid with a service dog following close by one with a metal leg. But that's just how it is. Gus and I have never complained, never lost hope, and never found love. That is until he dragged me to support group one day. That day I met Isaac and Hazel Grace for the first time. According to Hazel, depression is not a side effect of cancer. Both cancer and depression are just side effects of dying. And to be honest, I think she's right.
