007 escaped Hawkins Laboratory long ago with her sister, 008. After a falling out, the two parted ways. She put down roots in California, and has been living by the beach ever since. She's got a good job and great friends, a new life and a new name- James. But she can't help feeling like she's missing something.

One spring evening she comes across a girl, only to discover she's her sister. Just as 007 and 011 are about to reconnect, 011 disappears with government officials. James is left to ask herself how far she'd go for family.
