Unspoken words

A quill,
bottles of ink,
some notebooks,
and many unspoken words.

No one will listen

No one will care

Yet he wrote
and wrote
and wrote his sorrow away

Perfectly white sheet of paper
turns into a dirty crumpled napkin,
full of words that are unable to be spoken by the writer.

What started as black liquid
slowly turns red

the unspoken words
was written but never read
