Manjiro 'mikey' sano and M/n L/n have been friends since they where 5 around the age 12 mikey realized that he has a crush on m/n. Mikey of course is a Yandere so when m/n gets confessed mikey killed him! After a few years takemichi meets someone with weird birth marks all over his arms and one big on on his neck.
