Jaune's transcripts were revealed by Cardin, despite saving him from the Ursa. Everyone in the Academy turned on him except for Ozpin, Oobleck, and Port. He ran in the Emerald Forest when he found out he was disowned and decided to ended it there. But he was sucked in a portal that appeared out of nowhere in the Emerald Forest.
