Evie is the twin sister of Vivi, the two daughters of King Cobra. When the twins were 14 they left home with Igaram and Kell. They went undercover as Miss Wednesday and Miss Halloween with Igaram as Mr. 8 and Kell as Mr. 10. For two years, they work together to uncover who is trying to destroy their home, but when a group of unusual pirates dock on the island, Evie finds herself drawn to a certain green-haired swordsman....
