A Villain and Hero team up to stop killers known as "The Helium Killer" and "The Mallet Killer". A duo is known to perform gruesome murders after the "Cranium Circus" opened up two months ago, several children & adults disappearing after. Hiro and Vilical decide to put a stop to this and connect the dots once and for all.
