Prolouge

(This is only my very first story, soo any feedback would be appreciated!)
Sylveon's lived in Crystal City for a while. Then, a new guy, Umbreon, pops up. He's moving into the neighborhood, and close to Sylveon.

Immediately, the two fall in love.
Cinderace and Lucario notice, and try to bring them together. They have a plan, but will it work?
