Crime rates in Chicago has been recently going up and seem as no one knows who's the killer of these devastating deaths. Detective Nina Cooper and her Partner Detective Carter, teams up yet again and tries to crack the case. Along the way, Nina gets distracted from her job and case, because of an old fling who wants to get back together.
