85% of the population has superpowers called Quirks. The remaining percentage of the powerless is slowly dwindling. And in the birthplace of the Hero profession, the U.S.A., situations are getting charged.

But by taking advantage of self-defense law, that freedom of choice seems to have been taken from a young man even if he doesn't know it, yet.
