When you were at the age of 2 your parents decided to stay in Busan with you and your older brother, they have decided that the whole family will stay there for at least 1 year and go back to Seoul after that, and so when you came to Busan you met Jungkook at a young age because of your Mom and his Mom, it seems like your Mom and Jungkook's Mom were best friends since their high school days.
