Two years after Shredder is defeated and the turtles revived, the sisters become sea turtle hybrids and now live with the Turtles. But suddenly, the Shredder is about to unleash an evil plan to take over the world with new enemies. Even worse, they have to face something bad from a different dimension. Now Shirahara and her team have to face the challenge of the upcoming alien invasion on Earth.
