Betty and Jughead have two daughters, their oldest is Juliet and their youngest is Lili. Lili had gotten diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis before she was even born, she got it from one of Jughead's past ancestors. Jughead and Betty learn a lot together taking care of Juliet and Lili, the back to back hospital trips, it's gonna be a tough journey for them indeed.
