Kaitlyn Swan is the 21 year old niece of Charlie. A year before Bella came to Forks, Kaitlyn moved in with Charlie. She meets Carlisle and starts to fall for him. But, Carlisle isn't the only one keeping secrets.

(In this fanfic, Esme found her true mate in the 80's and more or less left Carlisle, but they will still remain friends. Also, there will be mention of physical, mental, and sexual abuse. And possibly anorexia. )
