written out of a personal experience and healing journey. nowadays life to our generation is full of traumas, disappointments and mental health problems.
Throughout the chapters of this book, I shall place before you my personal experience in a brief. The reasons of growing up with insecurities and how to grow out of it, heal and start over as a new person with a healed inner child.
