Satellites not working on RBR850 _2022 orbi satellite not connecting

I was sent a replacement router and after trying over and over today I cannot get the 2 satellites to work with the new router. I was on the phone with support for 2 hours and after getting the satellites to show up in "Attached Devices" they said it would take a little while for them to show connected devices in the mobile app.
