Shelby is just a normal teenager, but when a mysterious new boy shows up in her neighborhood, next thing she knows, she's in the Program, a terrible place that teaches boys and girls how to fight people, to go out into the world to kill people on missions. Shelby finds a boy, Rich, that she ends up falling in love with, and getting into trouble with. Follow their love story, and how they end up stopping the Program.
