Description
Kim Doyoung and Lee Taeyong both start anew in the criminal organisation of Noctis following the resolution of the case and the latter's release from prison. Thriving in the subterranean district of Neo City, they resolve the citizen's problems and protect the integrity of what their leader, Qian Kun, built from the remains of a failed development plan. However, yet another murder inside of the Namjeong Clan leaves Cheongnam's criminal underground unsteady, giving rise to the ghost of an organisation that was long believed to have been burnt to the ground. Neo City is shaken to its core by the resurgence, and Noctis is forced to retaliate-leaving Doyoung and Taeyong once again right at the centre of a war between Cheongnam's rife criminality.
