This is the lore that followed the death of the Daliant. The remaining swords of the Galaxy are to be destroyed, and to let no one have that power ever again. Cody himself said no one man should wield such power, and should be removed from Human hands. He emphasized more pushes to eliminate the Intergalatic Imperial Army once and for all, but they're starting to gain traction.
