"Nothing is more devastating than living when you want to die."
"Isn't choosing to die kind of selfish?"

Having spent all of her time thinking, Sarah doesn't care much about others. She talks a lot without saying anything. Nonetheless, a window thinking it's a door doesn't make it any less a window.

Thinking doesn't come naturally to Nathan. Being drawn to her was a surprise. Ignoring out-spoken girls in class was pretty routine before that day---the day she decided to say something.
