A direct sequel to 1997. A new set of teens find themselves stranded in the middle of nowhere so they search for a way out until the find a vulnerable man and beats him down so they can take his stuff and find a way back to their town. Five months later they began receiving death threats and one by one are tracked down and slaughtered. So they reach out to the original group of teenagers of them same story from 1997 (Or at least the survivors of the massacre.) and find that there is only one way out of this situation, to kill the killer or be killed.
