Before the Beast Uprising the mythical creatures of the world were hidden from everyone except for select humans. The leaders of the uprising claim it was from the abuse their kind took from man, what happens when a select group did it for a more sinister reason? Will they piece the puzzle together too late?

Onyx is one of the only free humans left in the world, living off the land hiding from the beasts. His pa told him not to trust them, warning against their likely betrayal.
