Blakely (Blake) Anderson is the sassy adopted daughter of what the world thinks is the most prestigious Fashion School principal, Delilah Merriwhether. Catde Prep, Fashion School for Girls, is actually the highest-ranked spy school in the world where girls from all over the globe train to become field and lab agents.
