Chapter 1: Family emails

Something small can influence your further life greatly. The plans for your future turned upside down. The memories revisited, the regret sometimes turning into shame and the good times overshadowed by sudden apprehension. Hope is not lost: the trouble can be preceded. But difficult decisions have to made, one way or another, before it's too late.

This is a story about how I came to know about cancer running in my family and how I was swept in the world of mutations, percentages, reconstruction possibilities and difficult choices.
