In the kingdom of Beilif, the land is ruled by a family of vampires. When one day, a mysterious circus comes to town, and with them, a whole new set of problems. And when they leave, the problems dissappear, but a year later, when they reaturn, and the ring leader has a baby that looks remarkably like the king.
