Before

Monet is just trying to live her life as a normal 17-year-old, taking care of her younger brother and going to school. She doesn't consider her life to be anything special.

Then comes along Elijah, who she finds strange and confusing when she first meets him.
Along the way of them knowing each other, they begin to become better friends, realising they have more in common than they thought. Understanding each of the hardships they both have had to face in their lives.

However Elijah has a secret, only Monet will come to find out and how will she react when she does?
