So when her parents put her on the first plane to "Nueva York" when she was six, she had to be prepared for a better life. As she grew up, things became harder. She had to whitewash herself to be "accepted." She fell in with the Jets, and soon the Sharks formed. Life wasn't perfect. And soon everyone would find out her secret. Even Riff Lorton. Her best friend.
