My names Jess and I remember a lot of things that happened that day. I remember getting up and hearing my brothers arguing over the last waffle at breakfast. I remember my mom and dad saying bye as I left for school. Me and my best friend joking around in the hallway. I couldn't tell you what my teachers chemistry lecture was about but I do remember the screams in hall and the sounds of vicious growls that followed. I'll never forget. I remember running down a blood covered school hallway and dodging grabbing hands. I remember finally not being fast enough and a feeling a hand grab my ankle. I screamed for help but was left behind to die. I remember the fear, the anger, the betrayal, the despair, and surprisingly the acceptance. Then came the bite, the pain, the slowing of my heart and finally blackness. I remember all that but I can't for the life of me figure out how I woke up standing in the middle of town surrounded by a bunch of growling bloody people who stank beyond belief. Looking down at my own bloody clothes and noticing my own foul oder I'm faced with a scary thought ...I'm pretty sure I turned into a zombie. ~~~~~~~~~~~ Hope you like it!
