Long before the archon war Teyvat was peacefull the Archons decided to create a guardian to protect combining there power to make Y/N he protected the people of teyvat, but when the archon war started he just dissapeared living a note saying he cannot join the war as it means helping only one of the archons when he was supposed to to help every archon.
