Modern-day Spot is on vacation in Italy, when a certain singer on the street catches his attention. One that has a pretty voice and a cute smile. One who is singing a song meant for two.
And it just so happens that he knows this song.

In short, this is a cute little love story between one Spot Conlon and one Racetrack Higgins.

So ... what happens? How do they meet? How do they become friends? And, most importantly, how do they fall in love?
